Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Smart Chain Technology ("Smart Chain", "we", "us") regarding your use of the HR Suite website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account, clicking "Continue with Google", or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and Google Sign-In

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. If you sign in with Google, you authorize HR Suite to read your basic Google profile (name, email, profile picture) to create or authenticate your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice prior to your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party right (including data protection laws).
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without permission.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Misrepresent your affiliation or impersonate another person, including via Google Sign-In.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the legal basis to upload employee personal data.

6. Intellectual property

HR Suite, the Smart Chain marks, and all software, design, and content of the Service are owned by Smart Chain or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

7. Third-party services (including Google)

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google (for Sign-In), payment processors, and analytics providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for risk to the Service or its users. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Chain will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Smart Chain harmless from any claim arising from your data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
